It is possible to buy your first cryptocurrency on several sites :

Coinbase

This is the site to start well par excellence. You can buy Bitcoin / Bitcoin Cash / Litecoin and Ethereum.

You can buy it through the credit card or via a bank transfer. In any case, it is important to « check » his account by giving your bank details, and making a transfer of € 1 to Coinbase. If you do not do this, you will not be able to withdraw your money afterwards (from your wallet in € to coinbase to your bank account directly). Do not worry, the € 1 will end up in your wallet in € on Coinbase.

Also, you will pay more fees by buying cryptocurrency with your credit card (but it will be faster) than by making a bank transfer (which is + long, necessarily)

To learn more, you can simply register : Coinbase (with this link, you earn $ 10 bitcoin when you bought $ 100 of cryptocurrency, it allows to repay the costs on your first investments, which is nice!)

Where can we exchange them?

There are several sites that allow you to exchange your cryptocurrency! After buying Bitcoin / Litecoin or Ethereum on Coinbase, for example, you can send them to another site to exchange them on the markets and have access to many more cryptocurrencies!

Binance

Binance is one of the best known exchanges, rather simple to use and it has many different cryptocurrencies. Remember to secure your account.

Bittrex

Bittrex is our favorite exchange. It may be a bit more complicated to handle and has fewer cryptocurrencies than Binance. Remember to secure your account.
